No matter what program you choose, you will receive access to every 45 min boot camp class we offer in any location! Not only will you get amazing workouts, you will learn the important role that nutrition plays on your success.

You will receive nutrition tips to help you learn how to clean up your diet, eat healthy foods, and control your portions so you see even faster results. We also schedule in special nutrition seminars from experts in the industry to help you make eating well a part of your every day life.

Each workout will contain full body conditioning and toning exercises that will be changed often so you don't get bored!
Specific exercises to expect:

  • Cardiovascular activities such as jump rope and some running. To get your heart pumping.

What if I'm not in very good shape?

This won't matter! You will be able to work at your own pace with no problem! This is because our certified personal trainers are experts in giving exercise options for individuals ranging from beginner through advanced fitness levels.

Different options will be demonstrated for each exercise so no one feels left behind and people coming from a strong fitness background still feel challenged.

How often should I come to class?
We recommend coming to class at least 3 times a week to see the best results.

  • Dumb Bells - 2 dumb bells - 5-10 lbs if just starting or 2 dumb bells 10-15 lbs if you are at an intermediate or advanced fitness level.
  • Tennis Shoes and socks
What should I wear during Boot Camp Classes?
Comfy workout pants, shorts and shirt or tank top. Do not wear nice clothes! You will get sweaty!
